Knoebels Grove

Visiting Knoebels Grove this weekend was like stepping back into my childhood. It's a wonderful little amusement park about 40 minutes from my parents' house. Eli had fun, although he slept for awhile. The weather was absolutely perfect- not a cloud in the sky. Eli loved the cars and we rode them three times- once with Pop, once with Dad, and once with Mom. The carousel was one of my favorites and Eli rode that one twice. Eli slept through ice cream, swings (my favorite ride in the park) and the merry mixer. He woke up in time to watch Pop, Mom, and Dad climb to the top of the ferris wheel. I think he enjoyed taking it all in. Next year he'll probably be able to go on some of the kiddie rides by himself.
