Quote of the Day:

(Eli was sitting on the counter helping me bake cookies when he leaned over a little too far and almost fell.)

"Whoa Mommy, that was close. I almost ran out of balance."

Bath Time!

Build-A-Pizza

Eli had a great time making pizzas for everyone for dinner one night at Mim and Pop's. He took everyone's order and painted on the sauce. He was very generous with the cheese, and everyone agreed that they were delicious!

Happy Halloween

We started Halloween with a trip to my office where kids were invited to trick or treat. The boys made themselves at home going from one themed department to the next. They scored lots of candy, and like any good mom, I threw away the pixie sticks and ate their Reese's PB cups.

For the Enterprise visit, Spencer dressed up like a lumberjack. He carried a little ax, but he wouldn't keep his cap on. Plus his Urban Decay beard started to wear off quickly.

So when we went to visit Mim and Pop that weekend for Trunk-or-Treat, we decided to break out the bear costume that Eli wore when he was a year old. It worked great and was warm on that cool night.

Ryan was a little prom king, complete with a homemade crown and boutonniere. He got a lot of comments. Eli was a fantastic fire chief. He made sure everyone stayed safe while in line for the event.
