Saturday Morning Playing

Eli and I had a lot of fun on Saturday morning while Kevin was at work. We stayed in our pajamas and played. Here he is showing off some of his magna doodle artwork and the fish he colored. Then he got to eat his snack of apples and cheese on his new Mickey Mouse tray.

Cheese!!!!!! How many more, Mom!?!

Halloween Weekend

Halloween weekend started Friday when Eli came to my work for trick-or-treating. I brought his red dirt devil to work with me that morning in case I had to use it to bribe him to put on his costume. He did really though. I think most of the kids were hot in their costumes, but they still had fun playing and getting candy. I didn't get many pictures because I was busy chasing him and the dirt devil down the hall.

This is my friend Stacey and her bunny daughter Bella. The cutest little bunny ever.

This cute little lion had fun running down the hallways, roaring, and saying hi to everyone
Afterwards, we went to the party at Smita's house. Eli wasn't very interested in dressing up again, but he agreed once he noticed that everyone was else was in costume.

Time for a group shot

Eli was out of his costume at this point and back in his skeleton shirt.

Then last night, Kevin's parents and Bill and Mina came over for dinner. We hadn't seen them Eli's birthday weekend so we celebrated again last night.

Eli loved this fire truck from Bill, Julie, and Mina. He has been playing with it all day and even said goodnight to it tonight. (He said goodnight to his vacuum first, but to make the list is pretty impressive!)

This time the cake was an ice cream one.

Eli loved singing Happy Birthday to himself

...so much so that we all sang it twice

Happy Halloween- Our Pumpkins

Go Terps!

Go Nittany Lions!

These are the two pumpkins we picked out for the little Twinkies

All lit up and ready to greet the trick-or-treaters
Kevin carved the two little pumpkins last night. Kevin's mom carved Eli's big pumpkin- complete with carved hair. I had taken a bunch of really good pictures of them carving pumpkins- Bill and Mina, too, but our camera ran out of memory and they all came out black. :(
It got a little chilly here tonight, and Eli didn't seem that fond of the idea of putting his costume back on, so we decided to stay in tonight and help hand out candy.
Happy Halloween everyone!

Playing with Presents

Eli got a lot of fun presents for his birthday. Here he is playing with a few of them...

He loves his potty as a toy. He takes off his pants and has me take off his diaper. Then he sits down, says "all done" three seconds later, and wants his pants back on.

New floor puzzle... and potty.

Wedding!

So I'll start by saying that I really wish I had taken more pictures of the wedding. Saturday was such a fun day. We started out getting our hair done in downtown State College. Of course I forgot my camera... thank goodness I remembered Eli. :)

The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was a lot of fun. Katie looked absolutely beautiful. Her dress was gorgeous- vintage looking and she wore the perfect feathery hair accessory. Do you like that description? Sounds straight out of a wedding announcement in the paper, doesn't it?

Thank you so much for including us in your day. We're so excited for Aunt Tay-Tee to officially join our family. And it was great meeting your family. Thanks for letting Eli run around like a wildman. He obviously enjoyed himself!

Here was Eli's cute outfit. Of course at this point, the shirt is untucked. He was getting ready to boogie on the dance floor.

Proof that twins run in the family
